When a business has the expertise and practical knowledge that the team at Devine Complete Rug Care have, then naturally business booms. But for this professional team it has not just boomed – business has doubled in 12 months!
Demand has been so great that they have had to double their space and increase their team members. Along with the purchase of another 115 sq metres factory in same complex, they purchased a new high pressure extraction machine which will clean rugs more efficiently and leave them much dryer, reducing drying time. There is a new wash pit twice the size of the existing one and an additional 20 sqm drying room.
This expansion is driven by wanting to increase efficiency and customer experience by being able to deliver a beautiful, clean, fresh rug back to the customer in a shorter time frame.
